Shoaib Ahmed Faridi founded the practice in 1996 in Karachi as a specialist indirect-tax firm. The firm ranked among the top 10 tax advisory firms in Pakistan and remains the platform from which we now serve UAE clients.

Since 1998, Mr. Faridi has been the sole authorised translator and publisher for the Federal Board of Revenue — six editions of the Sales Tax Act 1990 in Urdu, plus compendiums and trade guides. An Advocate of the Sindh High Court and a sitting Honorary Advisor to KCCI since 2000.
